The Criminal Law Division provides free legal services to individuals facing criminal matters. Our lawyers represent clients at all levels of court and apply a critical race lens to their advocacy, challenging a system that has historically marginalized and mistreated communities.

• Assisting you with applications to Nova Scotia Legal Aid.

• Working with your lawyer on race-based issues that may be present in your case.
