Tiffany Gordon
Postdoctoral Fellow, The Clairmont Centre for Community Safety Research
I study in the areas of social and political thought, feminist philosophy and philosophy of race. My research addresses social injustices in Western legal systems, prison reform, and gender-based violence. I am also passionate about leadership and professional development.

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at Dalhousie University's Clairmont Centre for Community Safety Research and a Research Fellow at the African Nova Scotian Justice Institute. In my current research project entitled "Race and Representation in Nova Scotia's Provincial Correctional Facilities," I use a mixed-methods approach to address gaps in knowledge about Black people’s experiences in Nova Scotia's provincial correctional facilities.
