Social Forensic Assessment and Treatment Unit Social Worker

My name is Warren Kelsey and I am the social worker with the African Nova Scotian Justice Institute’s Forensic Assessment and Treatment Unit. My professional training includes nursing, corrections, and social Work. I enjoy working with and supporting our clients and community members and am very committed to addressing and dismantling ani-Black racism towards social justice and equitable access to opportunities. 

I enjoy spending time with family and close friends to relax, working out, travelling, and doing nature walks.  I am also completing my master’s degree in social work at the University of Waterloo.
